Role Summary:
We’re looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and has a love for B2B SaaS technology.
In this role, you’ll develop our Core SaaS platform, taking products from concept to launch. You'll play a key part in fostering a customer-centric focus across Patsnap, using data and market insights to identify needs and drive innovative solutions that increase product value.
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you’ll work closely with global stakeholders and customers to fully understand and define the scope of the problems you're solving. Once you identify the "why" and "what," you’ll translate these into actionable plans for the wider product, R&D, and engineering teams.
You’ll also be responsible for Go-To-Market strategy, generating and justifying the ROI needed to bring your vision to life. An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to lead and execute product initiatives are essential for success in this role.
This is a hybrid position in our London, UK office. This role has the option to work hybrid throughout the week or fully in office.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct user interviews and gather feedback to validate personas, workflows, and roadmap items
- Perform usability testing with design prototypes and write requirements, including competitor analysis and idea summaries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality product updates
- Partner with sales to identify new business opportunities, leading client presentations and workshops
- Serve as a main point of contact for Analytics, building strong internal and external relationships
- Communicate Patsnap’s unique value to internal and external audiences
- Gather, clean, and prioritize client feedback, sharing insights with global teams for improvements and adoption
- Drive enablement by providing sales teams with collateral, tools, and training
- Prepare content for product releases and support marketing with thought leadership
- Collaborate with the support team to create customer-facing content and manage client issues
- Conduct competitive analysis to inform strategic positioning
- Work with product managers to define the Analytics business proposition
- Contribute to the roadmap and align Analytics strategies with business goals
- Collaborate with the Head of Product on short, mid, and long-term product planning
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree with ideally some experience in product management.
- Analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving, with the ability to follow through independently. At Patsnap, we begin with “why,” using a data-driven approach to prioritize and launch products.
- Proven ability to work effectively across global, diverse, and multicultural teams.
- Proficient in strategic planning, requirements writing, time management, and presenting. Attention to detail is essential.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and driven; you take initiative and don’t wait to be directed.
- Willingness to challenge ideas and requests with thoughtful, critical questions.
- You actively seek ways to get work done and look for solutions.
- Basic knowledge of user research and UX principles.
- Passion for technology with a mindset geared toward innovation.
- Eager to learn and develop new skills.
- Experience of agile product management methodology or understanding of web/app development is a plus.
