The Role

We're searching for a passionate and experienced Front-End Developer to join our dynamic R&D team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, working closely with internal stakeholders to design and develop cutting-edge solutions that shape the way our employees work.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with internal teams to deeply understand their challenges and translate their needs into elegant, user-centric solutions.
• Design, develop, and iterate on prototypes using React micro-frontends, gathering feedback and refining solutions in a highly collaborative environment.
• Craft seamless and delightful user experiences, leveraging your understanding of UX/UI best practices to build solutions that are both beautiful and intuitive.
• Build performant and responsive applications that integrate seamlessly with existing micro-service architecture, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable user experience.
• Champion a user-centred approach, ensuring all solutions are intuitive, efficient, and meet the evolving needs of our internal customers.
• Build robust and scalable minimum viable products (MVPs) based on validated prototypes, laying the foundation for future product development.
• Take ownership of the quality of your work, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering polished and high-performing solutions.
• Stay ahead of the curve in front-end technologies and best practices, constantly exploring new ways to enhance our internal tools and platforms.

Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience building complex and scalable SaaS applications using React and micro-frontend architecture, showcasing a deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• A strong understanding of micro-service APIs and experience building performant and responsive applications that leverage them effectively.
• A proven track record of translating user needs into functional and engaging user interfaces, demonstrating expertise in responsive design principles.
• Experience in UX/UI design principles and best practices is a strong asset.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for problem-solving and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• A strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in iterative development cycles, utilizing Git for version control and collaboration.
• Experience with back-end development, particularly in .NET and Azure environments, is a plus and would allow you to contribute more broadly across the stack.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
